Announced in a press release on June 3, this ambitious project will be Coliwoo’s third-largest property, following their flagship locations in Boon Lay and Orchard. Designed as an eco-conscious lifestyle hub, the chalet promises a serene retreat while staying connected to Singapore’s vibrant east-side attractions.
Scheduled for completion after a 10-month renovation period, the resort is expected to open its doors by Q3 2026. Nestled near beloved destinations like Downtown East, Wild Wild Wet waterpark, and Pasir Ris Beach—and just minutes from Changi Airport and Changi Business Park—it offers the perfect blend of leisure and convenience.
The sprawling 380,866 sq ft site will undergo a dramatic makeover: doubling its current capacity to over 350 stylishly designed units. Drawing inspiration from Singapore’s iconic colonial bungalows, each room will feature a chic black-and-white palette with minimalist elegance.
